Ads Web Lab is a digital marketing and web services platform used to manage website content, client work, team details, Google reviews, and local business growth features from a secure Super Admin panel.
What the Google Business Profile feature does
When a business owner connects their Google account, the app can access approved Google Business Profile information so the business can manage and display real business review data on this website.
- Connect a Google account using OAuth permission.
- Fetch Google Business Profile accounts linked to the connected Google account.
- Fetch business locations available under those accounts.
- Sync real Google reviews, reviewer display information, star ratings, review dates, and review text.
- Show selected Google reviews and star ratings publicly on the website.
- Allow the Super Admin to hide or show synced reviews and disconnect access.
Why Google user data is requested
Google Business Profile access is requested only to provide the Google review and business profile features selected by the business owner. The data is used to sync business locations, fetch real reviews, display approved public reviews on the website, and help the business manage its online reputation.
Google data used by the app
- Google Business Profile account identifiers and names.
- Business location identifiers, names, address/location details, rating count, and average rating where available.
- Review details including reviewer name, reviewer profile/photo URL where available, star rating, comment text, review update time, and Google review reference links where available.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to keep the Google connection working until access is disconnected or revoked.
How the data is used and protected
The app does not request Google access to read personal Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts, or unrelated Google services. Google Business Profile data is not sold. Access is used only for the business profile/review features described on this page and in our Privacy Policy.
Access control and revocation
The business owner can disconnect Google Business Profile access from the Super Admin area. Access can also be revoked from the connected Google account’s security settings. After disconnection, new Google review sync will stop.
