Ads Web Lab is a digital services website and application that helps businesses manage website enquiries, display service information, connect Google Business Profile, sync business locations, and show selected real Google reviews and star ratings on the public website.
Information we collect
We may collect contact form details such as name, email, phone number, city, selected service, message, IP address, and enquiry timestamps. If you connect Google Business Profile, we may receive Google account authorization tokens, Business Profile account identifiers, business location information, public review content, reviewer display names/photos where provided by Google, review ratings, replies, review dates, average ratings, and total review counts.
Why we request Google user data
Google Business Profile access is requested only to let an authorized admin connect their real Google Business Profile, fetch business accounts and locations, sync real Google reviews, display selected reviews with star ratings, and keep review information updated on this website. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or unrelated Google services for this feature.
How we use Google user data
- To authenticate the admin with Google OAuth.
- To list Business Profile accounts and locations that the connected Google user can manage.
- To sync reviews, reviewer display information, star ratings, review dates, replies, location rating, and total review count.
- To allow the Super Admin to choose which locations and reviews are visible on the public website.
Sharing and selling data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertising networks or unrelated third parties. Data is used only to provide the Business Profile review and website display functionality described on this site, unless disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the security of the service.
Google API Limited Use
Ads Web Lab’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Data is stored in the website database on the hosting account configured by the website owner. OAuth tokens are stored to keep the Google Business Profile connection active. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS hosting, restricted Super Admin access, secure sessions, server-side validation, and database access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention and deletion
Contact enquiries are retained for business follow-up unless deletion is requested or legally required. Google Business Profile tokens and synced review data may remain stored until the admin disconnects Google, disables/removes the integration, deletes records, or requests deletion. You can request removal of your personal information by contacting us.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. A Google account connection can also be revoked from the Google Account permissions page or disconnected from Super Admin by an authorized admin.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies, analytics, advertising tags, or security tools such as reCAPTCHA if enabled by the website owner. Non-essential tracking can be controlled through the cookie banner when it is enabled.
