Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided by Ads Web Lab.

By purchasing our services or making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Service Payments

Advance payments, consultation fees, setup fees and payments for work that has already started are generally non-refundable.

Once our team begins planning, designing, developing, advertising or other project-related work, the amount charged for completed work cannot be refunded.

Advertising Services

Google Ads, Meta Ads and other campaign management fees are non-refundable after the campaign setup or management work has started.

Advertising budget paid directly to Google, Meta or any other third-party platform is governed by that platform's own billing and refund policies.

Ads Web Lab does not provide refunds because of fewer leads, low sales, advertisement rejection, account suspension or results below client expectations.

Website and App Development

Payments for completed design, coding, development, revisions, setup or testing work are non-refundable.

If a client cancels the project after work has started, the amount for completed work, time spent and third-party expenses will be deducted.

SEO and Digital Marketing

SEO, social media and digital marketing service fees are non-refundable after the service period has started.

Search rankings, traffic, enquiries, leads, sales and revenue cannot be guaranteed because they depend on competition, market conditions and third-party platforms.

Third-Party Charges

Domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins, software licences, APIs, payment gateway charges, SMS, email, WhatsApp and other third-party charges are non-refundable.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you make a duplicate payment or pay an incorrect amount, please contact us with the payment receipt and transaction details.

After verification, any eligible amount may be refunded through the original payment method.

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered if Ads Web Lab is unable to start the agreed service and no meaningful work or third-party expense has occurred.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the project status, completed work and expenses already incurred.

Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email within 7 days of the payment date.

The request should include the client's name, mobile number, invoice details, payment receipt, transaction ID and reason for requesting the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to process, depending on the bank, payment gateway or original payment method.

Project Cancellation

Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation does not remove the client's responsibility to pay for completed work, reserved time and third-party expenses.

Policy Changes

Ads Web Lab may update this Refund Policy when its services, payment methods or business requirements change.

Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
